MD Dermatology & Laser Center is excited to welcome Dr. Arjun Saini M.D., a double board-certified dermatologist and Mohs micrographic surgeon, to our Edgewater office location. 

Dr. Arjun provides comprehensive medical and surgical dermatology care, with specialized expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer and meticulous surgical recontruction bringing a strong scientific background and patient-centered approach to every visit.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from John Hopkins University. He received his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School, where he developed a strong interest in dermatology and procedural medicine. He completed his Dermatology Residency at Howard University Hospital, where he cared for a diverse patient population and gained extensive experience in medical and surgical dermatology. 

Dr. Arjun practiced as a Mohs micrographic surgeon with Johnson Dermatology in Fort Smith, Arkansas, where he provided comprehensive skin cancer care and performed advanced Mohs surgery and reconstruction. 

During this time, he treated a high volume of complex skin cancers and further refined his expertise in tissue-sparing surgical techniques and cosmetically focused reconstruction. 

Dr. Arjun is known for his calm, thoughtful bedside manner and his commitment to clear communication and indivdualized care. He believes the best outcomes are achieved through a combination of technical precision, patient education and trust. 

Living in Davidsonville with his wife and son, he enjoys staying active and spending time with family. He looks forward to caring for patients in the Edgewater community and delivering exceptional personalized dermatologic care at MD Dermatology & Laser Center.
