Status keeps us safe.
- Anyone traveling from out-of-state travel should be tested for COVID-19 within 72 hours of returning. Anyone traveling from a state with a positivity rate of 10% or higher must be tested and self-quarantine for two weeks
- Anytime leading up to your appointment, if you are sick, have been sick or have had exposure to COVID-19, we ask that you reschedule your appointment
Keeping a safe distance.
- We kindly ask you to wait at our front entrance to take your temperature before your appointment
- No other guests may accompany you during your visit.
- All patients and staff MUST wear a mask in the office and treatment rooms
- Please be mindful of social distancing when inside the office

- We will not be handling cash at this time as we follow the current safety guidelines. We can accept check, and/or credit card payments
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please allow at least 24 hours notice otherwise there will be a cancellation charge
